2022 Year in Review
There are a million ways to look at stats. And sometimes, they can tell good stories, but usually, those can be manipulated to tell the story you want. We want to give you a clear stat that says a lot:
This year, we sold more tickets to in-person shows than we ever have before.
As extremely difficult as this year has been for live music with higher costs, ongoing illness and higher burnout, more folks than ever before have left their couches to go to a Side Door show. Side Door continues to focus on the mission of putting the artist first.
We’re super proud to see more diverse representation in the artists who are signing up, the average artist's net revenue increasing and our V3 platform focusing on the artist’s needs of where and when they want to play.
Thank you for supporting us on this mission and to every single one of you who bought a ticket to a Side Door show or hosted a Side Door event. To all the artists: thanks for doing what you do and making the world a better place.
