Ticketing

  • Nope! You can create and manage events on your terms, with full control over pricing, payouts, and more.

  • No. Funds are held in escrow for security. If a show is cancelled, refunds are 100% guaranteed.

  • Nope! You can check in attendees with your phone or tablet by scanning QR codes or simply use a printed doorlist.

  • Ticket buyers pay a $3 Side Door fee plus a Stripe processing fee. The Stripe fee varies based on the number of tickets purchased, total ticket cost, and the buyer’s location. All fees are clearly displayed during event setup and at checkout.

  • We reinvest ticket fees back into the artist community—covering guarantees paid to artists and supporting partnerships with festivals like Folk Alliance International that create more performance opportunities. Ticket fees also help ensure our connect marketplace is always free to use.

  • Taxes are automatically calculated based on the event location and who is collecting tax. They’re included in your payout settlement, making tax collection seamless and transparent.
