🎵 Calling all FAI Artists and house/small concert series Hosts!
You’re invited to steal the spotlight and make magic happen at House Concerts Unlocked! Presented by Side Door, this exclusive event promises high-energy performances and captivating pitches as artists and house concert hosts take the stage to wow a live, enthusiastic audience.
There are two chances to participate in House Concerts Unlocked at the FAI 2024 conference in Kansas City:
Thursday, February 22 from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm - Registration for the Thursday session is now full. You can still attend the event to network and watch the pitches.
Friday, February 23 from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm
2023 House Concerts Unlocked at Folk Alliance International
How it works:
Register for one of the sessions.
Everyone gets 2 minutes to pitch. Come prepared to share your name, describe your music/show/venue in a few words, and create as many connections and bookings as possible!
Pitches can include part of a song, an announcement, an upcoming tour, what hosts are looking for in a performer, etc.
There will be a small PA, but there will be no line checks or tech support at this event.
Priority will be given to hosts and artists who are registered for FAI, signed up with Side Door, and have active Show Calls.
